This treatment involves using a laser to reduce the size of the tissues surrounding the entrance to the nose in the nasal cavity (the turbinates).  The remodelled turbinates increase the nasal airways, benefiting not only snoring but improving the quality of breathing generally. 

The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic and the patient can usually return to work afterwards.  There is no pain during treatment and following this little discomfort.  Full recovery usually takes around ten days and long-term results are very good.
